Need your help--suggestions for downtown Silver Spring MD

Hi—my students and I are compiling a list of restaurants to recommend that are walking distance to the Crowne Plaza hotel in downtown Silver Spring for an upcoming scientific meeting starting this Saturday. This is what we have drafted, but, really need your help in completing the list. Are there any of these that we should absolutely drop (e.g., we have dropped Nicaro’s since has changed chefs)? Any that we have missed? Thanks so much!

Addis Ababa Ethiopian Restaurant - 8233 Fenton St
For traditional Ethiopian dining, good for vegetarians, try the coffee ceremony or honey wine
