Sugarplum Bakery

I just finished a raspberry-polenta scone from this bakery on Beverly a block east of La Brea. Yummy. It was moist and buttery with a hint of corn from the polenta. The cappucino was also very good. They have a great-looking selection of pastries, cakes and cookies. It looks like they also make sandwiches.

This was my first visit, but I will be back. Anyone have any other suggestions for things to try?
