I saw a recipe by Rachel Ray that calls for creme fraiche but I wish to switch it out to something similar but lower in fat. I would post the recipe directly but I don't know if that is wrong to do on the board.
The recipe is simply to put peas, basil, mint, garlic, olive oil, chicken stock and cheese together in a blender. Take the mixture to the stove until it thickens. Add in one half cup creme fraiche and serve over pasta.
Any suggestions please.. TIA!
