Studio kitchen; the right place for girls' nite out????

Hi! I just heard about chowhound from one of my regular customers. I'm not much of a computer/internet user but this is awesome! Would love to get your suggestions on where to go for my sister's bachelorette party...we're not into the stripper bar scene; looking for something a bit more civilized, fun, different, good food a must, and where we could still feel comfortable to get a little bit loud and laugh. From what i've read so far, studio kitchen seems like the right place. who's the chef? what's the max number of people they can accomodate - we're looking at about 10-15 girls. where is it? who do i call? telephone #? How much notice? etc....
thanks for your input.
