Our own Buddha spearheaded another terrific barbeque today in honor of Gayla and Cristina's birthdays. Ribs to die for, succulent chicken, and amazingly moist smoked salmon. Jeff definitely knows how to smoke and grill! Professor Salt worked his magic to make the most awesome grilled pizza I've ever had. Who would imagine nothing but fresh yellow, green and red tomatoes on pizza dough would taste so divine! Truly a master, he is. And Dawn's homemade salsas and dips - so yummy! Gayla made a beautiful antipasti platter with poppitos (sp?), sausage, artichoke hearts and marinated figs, and a delicious coconut lime cake. Cristina brought fideo to give us all a taste of her home in Ajitic (did I get that right?). It was so wonderful she could join us!
