We went 29-Nov, the second night Steiner Ranch Steakhouse did dinner service for to the public. A party of nine, our server was Daniel, who is experienced and attentive. We had stuck to NY Strips and Filet Mignon cuts. Both highly recommended. We all chose USDA Prime instead over the Heirlooms. The meat was tender, juicy and all orders were cooked to the right temperature. All agreed the steaks were delicious. The Alternatives were also quite good: we had Cajun Chicken Cordon Bleu and the Baked Penne. Chicken was tender and flavorful with good ham. The pasta had a good mix vegetables and pasta with a nice cheese blend. The wine list was broad and reasonably priced. Cocktails were very good. For afters, we had the Flourless Chocolate Cake, White Chocolate Mousse and Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce. Our favorite was the Bread Pudding with sauce, fruit and nuts was delicious. We look forward to going back at sunset for food and views.
