Where have you had good squash blossoms? I've had two versions recently.
Zaytinya's were pretty good but overwhelmed, I thought, by the copius amounts of feta stuffing in each.
Better were the ones I had this evening at 2 Amys. Not stuffed with anything, they were simply fried, and came out deliciously crispy and salty, allowing the flavor of the blossom to come through.
