I can't tell if these dumplings were steamed or boiled but they're really delicious. The wrapper itself is quite tender and slippery. It looks more wonton-like than dumpling-like to me.
Inside are pork, carrots, mushrooms, scallions and I think minced chilis which are giving the dumpling its little spicy kick.
