Hey Chow Hounds!
I am doing research for a new Food Network show and we are looking for the spiciest food in the Miami area. I understand Peruvian and Haitian cuisines traditionally have some pretty spicy dishes and it seems like there are a lot of these types of restaurants to choose from around town.
Anyone have suggestions for the best (and spiciest) Peruvian or Haitian places in Miami? In general, what are some of the spiciest restaurants in the city? Any other types of food I should be exploring?
We'd love to find some restaurants/cuisines/dishes that are somewhat unique to Miami or part of the city's culinary identity.
