It looks like spring had finally come to the Northeast and in celebration I wanted to make my SO a great spring meal... now's just the hard part of thinking something up.
I make pasta every other night, so no pasta unless its a unique recipe. And no fish, but I'd love to use any other type of meat. Most importantly I just want to maximize my use of spring-y veggies... can you help me think of something delicious?
And I'm making strawberry shortcake for us to enjoy on the roof...this weather better be here to stay!
