Need Special Occasion Recommendation for Tonight

Its my dad's birthday. There will be four of us all together. He will be coming from Times Square, my sister will be coming from Union Square, my mom will be coming from 90th and Madison, and I'll be coming from Grand Central. No matter where it is, somebody will be taking the subway, so we don't really have a preferred neighborhood.

Sister is pretty much a vegetarian. She might pick at some fish or chicken, but she'd be better off with a vegetarian dish. Dad likes seafood (particularly mussels marinara and paella). He also likes Indian food. Mom prefers veggies and fish to meats, but is flexible and I eat pretty much anything. I don't think we're really limited by anybody except for my sister.

Price wise, probably not the most expensive like EMP or Le Cirque, but maybe something a notch below. For our last special occasion meal we went to Keens Steakhouse, which I think is slightly less expensive than some of the more well known steakhouses.

We're shooting for around 7:15-7:30ish. Looking for something where we will have no wait.

Thanks
