I mentioned White Chocolate Grill(WCG) in my other thread. We went last weekend with my in-laws, with father-in-law(FIL) and husband ordering the burger. I guess I was a bit surprised, but they were very good. FIL even proclaimed that WCG's burgers were in the top group around town. We talked about it a bit and of course Roaring Fork came up. #1. Then we went down memory lane a bit and talked about the old green chile cheeseburgers at Greasewood Flat. I used to hang out there from time to time when I was single, and we would always order the green chile cheeseburger. I don't know if they were THAT good, or if it was the combination of the beer-bonfire-music that made them that much better, but I loved them. Last time we went was a couple of years ago and they just seemed to..how do you say....SUCK. FIL agreed.
Has anyone been out to Greasewood lately? Can you give field notes on the quality of the green chile cheeseburgers?
On this same thought, where are some good burgers across the valley?
