Spaghetti ice cream

came upon this on a food blog, and am intrigued. The unit looks like a commercial grade potato ricer!

Anyone ever had this stateside? It's supposed to be a big 'treat' in Europe. How did I miss this food fad?

Does the ice cream taste any 'different' after being riced? I like to play with my food, and have a ricer, so I just might try it!
