Hi, I absolutely love the spicy peanut chicken dish served at Spadina Gardens in downtown TO.
Unfortunately I seldom get downtown and so have tried on numerous attempts to make it myself but it always falls well short of the original.
I am not trying to copy the recipe for resale or to or jeopardize Spadina Gardens in any way I just want to cook it at home occasionally.
Does any one have a best guess at the recipe??
