Southside Cafe in Williamsburg

There's a new cafe on South 4th between Havemayer (sp?) and Roebling called the Southside Cafe. It has been open about a month. It is run by a lovely woman (name unknown) who makes most of the goods herself. Emphasis on soups and sandwiches, with 2 or 3 soups to choose from each day. There is an outdoor seating area that will be nice when the weather turns warm...if the weather ever turns warm. I've been twice. Once had a cream of asparagus soup (very good, fresh), second time a carrot muffin. Prices are very gentle. This is a nice addition to the neighborhood.
