Since my in-laws get Christmas, I'm having a Friends & Orphans Christmas Eve dinner (20ish people). While I live in San Francisco, most of the items on the menu are based on the land and foods of my youth.

Sopa -- Crema de Poblano
Carnes -- Ancho Honey Ham; Brined Achiote Turkey & Gravy
Sides -- Mashed Potatoes; Poblano Cornbread & Tamale Stuffing; Calabacitas; Rolls/Biscuits
Condiments -- Salsas, Chutneys, Cranberry Sauce
Desserts -- Cookies with Port; Tres Leche Cake with Coffee or Tea
Any additional suggestions are welcome since I have 12 days to change my mind!
