Anybody know where I can get tua nao (ทัวเน่า) in the Bay Area, preferably East Bay? Talking about the fermented soybeans, either the basic beans or the pounded/dried brown discs, used in Shan cooking and called for in many recipes in Naomi Duguid's "Burma" cookbook.
