Hey all! I'm heading to visit my parents in Buffalo this Christmas and I want to make homemade pastry dough. I take a lot of pride in my pastry and always use half butter and half lard. Thing is, I don't know where to buy real, good high quality, non-hydrogenated lard in the Buffalo area. I thought the Broadway market might be a good bet but I'm not sure. If I have to, I'll use only butter but I'd rather not. Anyone have any leads?
