Hey all,

I just wanted to put up this quick review. We waited a while for our table (almost 30 minutes), but this was the only major hiccup of the evening; fortunately we weren't in a terrible mood after and thoroughly enjoyed everything else. Our table of four had the six-course tasting menu, and they did different courses depending on our preferences (one guest didn't want cheese, another could only eat fish and shellfish). The food was out of control (in a good way), and I was near bursting point at the end of the meal (based on my experience, don't understand how people could still be hungry after).

Amuse Bouche:
Roasted Beet Salad with Shallot Puree
Apple and Cheese Tart (can't remember exactly)

1:
Potato and Leek Soup with Apple Compote and Crab Cake
Pumpkin Soup with Tapioca, Orange Segments and Orange Blossom Emulsion

2:
Seared Albacore Tuna with Sweetbreads, Mushroom and Shallot Puree
King Salmon Confit with Grapefruit

3:
Rabbit wrapped in Applewood-Smoked Bacon with Beluga Lentils and Roasted Radishes

4:
Hangar Steak with Short Rib Pierogie
Chestnut Agnolotti with Black Trumpet Mushrooms

5:
Marscapone Panna Cotta with Tangerine Ice Cream and Braised Blackberries

6:
Bitter Malted Chocolate Soup with Squash Ice Cream, Toasted Brioche and Carmelized Bananas

(There are some details I missed but this is from memory so my apologies)
