Snice: a GREAT new W. Village cafe

Was prowling around today and came upon 'Snice, a new cafe at the corner of 8th Ave and W. 4th St. It's a BIG new cafe that opened in the space of the old Gerber Hardware. It's a beautiful semi-industrial space, reminiscent of Space Untitled on Greee St. in Soho. I only had a coffee, but they had vegetable paninnis, muffins, scones, etc. available. It's a great space to hang out in, lots and lots of tables available. Only been open two weeks, but the mommies have already discovered the place is very stroller friendly. Excellent space.

An equally intriguing space is next door (same owners???) Gioia, a "pizzeria and vinotecta". Expect another entry into the authenic Neopolitan pizzeria game.
