Sizzling Rice Soup (Guo Ba?)

I'm looking for a dish that I used to enjoy at the chinese restaurants of my childhood, Sizzling Rice Soup. It seems to have disappeared from most menus, but when I did a search on menupages, I saw it listed at 10 Pell and New Green Bo. Just wondering if anyone has tried this and knows a location where it's especiall good. When I was living in China, I had a similar style dish called Guo Ba, which was the same sizziling rice, but had meats and vegetables poured over the top instead of being immersed in soup. Does anyone know the Chinese name for the soup I'm talking about (I assume it's not simply Guo Ba Tang or something easy like that).
