This restaurant has been open for a year but I just got around to checking it out. I wasn’t impressed with waiting at the entrance for over five minutes before being acknowledged but once we were seated the service was fine.
They have a wide variety of wines by the glass or bottle at reasonable prices and the food was great. I started with a poached pear and pomegranate salad that had just enough feta and dressing to not overwhelm the fruit. For an entrée I had prawns stuffed with a crab mixture and wrapped in prosciutto that was served with an interesting edamame wasabi mash that was very tasty. My wife had a house salad and a Scallop entrée that she said was perfectly cooked. We shared a Crème Brulee Flight for dessert that featured the traditional vanilla as well as one with lavender and a rich, dark chocolate one.
If you are looking for a new place on the east side to try I would highly recommend this restaurant.
