I have always heard how great Tetsuya's was in Australia. Is this as good? Or is it like most Las Vegas restaurants not quite as good and chef not on premises. If it's similar to Nobu or Morimotos or Matsuhita then I wouldn't want to go because I can get stuff like that in USA. If it is one of a kind then I may have to try it. Or is it something not to be missed in Singapore? Thanks in advance.
