I had this in a flight of sake at Morimoto in Philly and LOVED it. I would like to have some to give this Christmas but the restaurant tells me it's specially brewed for Morimoto by Sho Chiku Bai. I know virtually nothing about sake-but would another junmai ginjo by the same brewer be similar? (Is it possible they just slap a Morimoto label on the regular stuff???) Does anyone know of a sake that would have similar characteristics to this one? I'm sorry I can't describe it because I really don't understand the sake lingo. It was just YUMMMMMMY!
