Sichuan Gourmet in Framingham really is good

I admit I was doubtful that you could find a good chinese restaurant in the suburbs, but I'm amazed at how good it really was, and we did take out, so the dishes stewed in their own juices for a while :-)

We had a 11 dishes and 4 appetizers, so I'm only going to list the ones I remember:
- beef in beef&broccoli was very tender
- seafood in seafood pan fried noodles was tasty, and they separated the pan friend noodles into another box to keep it crunchy
- dan dan noodles were tasty (and spicy), but it was missing the shredded carrots and bean sprouts that the PF Chang version has, so it may be more authentic
- kung bao chicken was extremely well done and one of the favorites
- for appetizers, we had scallion pancakes, peking ravioli, and fried chicken wings; only thing people didn't like was the chicken wings

The folks we ate with couldn't take spicy food, but the next time we do dinner there ourselves, I think we'll sample the spicy dishes entirely :-)
