Located around 4600 N. Damen near the Damen L-Stop (brown line). Been a few times and have never been disapointed. For starters the chicken sate. Nice, not overcooked or strangly spiced. Good thick peanut sauce but they skimp a little on the cucumber salad. Shrimp pot-stickers, not on the menu but listed as a special near the front desk. They steam them but we asked for them fried. Excellent little round bundles of goodness with a nice soy-vinegar sauce on the side. We added a little Siracha sauce and were quite happy. Entrees: Pad Thai with tofu: Very good and fresh with a deft hand with the seasonings and fish sauce. Pad Basil with Shrimp: asked for medium and that was hot enough for me. Tasty fresh shrimp, hot peppers, onion wedges that were nice and sweet tasting, a few slices of lovely sweet red pepper, good amount of basil. Rice is separate (which I will never understand in Asian places), we also ordered some wide rice noodles which were a nice foil for the extra sauce on the plate. The Thai iced coffee could have used a bit more milk but it was good. Lots of vegetarian choices. Duck available in several dishes. They have sticky bananas for desert but I always end up too full to try them. Clean place, competent service. And the bill total was under $25. I highly recommend it.
