Shuckums Panama City Beach

Wanted a place to walk to from the hotel, and the woman at the front desk suggested Shuckums. There were many fried seafood and drinks restaurants along the beach, and Shuckums turned out to be pretty typical in terms of very casual, beachy decor. Oysters were good but very small, the fried shrimp in the po boy were great and the blackened grouper in the grouper sandwich was excellent. Fries were just fine, as was the pitcher of Killian's. However, two items were just plain awful--the buns in the sandwiches tasted like Styrofoam and the packaged tartar sauce was thin with hunks of carrot in it! Will be back up in the panhandle on business and need a replacement for this spot.
