I love to make shrimp tacos - and it's one of my favorite go-to dishes for crowds. I usually make a cilantro/lime slaw and chipotle cream for the tacos. And I have guacamole on the side. The side dish I made last summer was delicious - a corn, avocado and cherry tomato salad with a vinaigrette of lime juice, lime zest, cilantro, and olive oil.
I'm interested in hearing about other side dishes that would go nicely with this sort of meal - and would also welcome recipes for interesting salsas and sauces for the tacos. Thanks!
