I am seeking information on what I call the Spainish version of the Italian drink/dessert called sgropino. I read about this drink in the book by the lady who owns the restaurant Prune in NYC. Basically, it is champagne (prosecco,cava) and vodka with lemon sorbet in it. I had the same drink in Spain and the waiter said theirs had orange liquer in it. I have found many recipes and several version on the 'net, some with limoncello, cream, etc. but none with orange liquer. What I would like to know is whether this is a traditional Spanish drink, and the proportion of orange liquer that is typically used. I know I could do some experimenting but I am basically lazy.
