Has anyone tried any of the various sushi classes in SF? I know there are quite a few options, including:
Nombe (mostly rolls)
Delica (3 part series)
Kaz (private classes)
Kitchen on Fire (east bay)
Has anyone tried any of these sushi-making classes and would highly recommend one?
I'm particularly interested in Delica, since they offer a nigiri class. If someone has tried the Delica sushi course, do you know if 101 (rolls) is required to move onto 102 (nigiri)?
