Wondering where you get your favorite Spaghetti wih Clam sauce (my preference is white) in the Boston and Greater Boston area.

Giacomo's in both North and South Ends has been my favorite, though it's not as good as it used to be and I swear they pour a pint of Olive oil and butter on the dish. It's definitely an in your face kind of dish with a ton of garlic, oil and Clams (usually a combo of whole fresh ones and chopped clams), but that's what I like about it. I hate the creamy clam sauce versions of the dish (it's like pasta tossed with New England Clam Chowder).
