My SO and I are in the middle of a post-holiday "dry" period -- no drinking. We are going out to dinner tonight and I'm wondering if there are any restaurants which would be particularly good to try while we are not drinking. It sounds like an odd question but I'm wondering about...
A: restaurants that don't have a liquor license but have great food
B: restaurants that have a very overpriced wine list but are a great deal when you aren't drinking (this may apply to 99% of the restaurants in Seattle, I suppose...)
We've been eating out at our usual spots and not ordering drinks, which is fine, but I'm just curious if there's something we should try before we go back to our typical wine-with-dinner habit.
We'd want to stay in the greater Seattle area, and under $50pp for dinner.
