Hello all! For years, I've used Tulocay's Made In Napa Valley rubs - beef & burger, poultry, Asian, Moroccan, etc. - when grilling meat, poultry, and fish. I love them - they're quick (just mix with olive oil and apply 15-30 minutes before grilling) and absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the company periodically runs out of stock, and I'm now entirely out...but preparing grilled chicken for a group next week. I've combed the web, but it seems the Tucolay's rubs are out of stock everywhere.
Can anyone recommend another good, commercially-available rub or other BBQ seasoning for chicken?
