SEA: Nice, infant-friendly dinner restaurants

We're going out for dinner tomorrow night (Friday) with some out-of-town friends. We'd like to go somewhere downtown or nearby.

We've been to a number of places, so we have no problem thinking of where we'd like to eat -- but we've now got a two-month-old infant who'll be going to dinner with us.

What restaurants do Chowhounds recommend as particularly child-friendly? Much as we'd love to go to Lampreia again, it doesn't seem like a baby-friendly place. (Maybe I'm misreading that.) Somewhere like Zoe or Lola might be, but we don't have any experience ourselves.

We're not looking for special attention or fancy high chairs, just an environment that a) allows babies (Black Bottle's out because of liquor laws) and b) wouldn't be put out at their mere presence.

Bonus points if there's a changing station in one restroom. Double bonus points if there are changing stations in both restrooms.

(And in case anyone's worried, we'll go early and take the kid outside if she's fussy. We're not barbarians...)
