I'm planning a trip (only my second one) to Seattle's Pike Place market soon. I keep reading about these BBQ pork humbows. I'm guessing that they are big, fluffy buns filled with BBQ pork. Is that right?
So are they REALLY good? My biggest concern is the meat. I'm really picky about meat. Is it fatty or gristle-y at all?
Also, where is the best place in the market to get one? Anything y'all can tell me about these things would be greatly appreciated!
Any other yummy treats I should pick up? Any really good salsa sellers in the market?
