Good afternoon fellow Chowers, what is your favosrite source for sausages?
I am personally partial to La Queue de Cochon for Toulouse style (many delicious flavors available, l'Olivier for Merguez.
I have not found a suitable German style source yet. I really don't like Walter & Co. PorcMeilleur at Jean-Talon has great meat (I think they have the best pork in town period.), but the spices and texture are not yet perfect.
