I just wanted to share a wonderful chow experience...
I just had the most incredible parsley and cheese (provolone to be specific) sausage. I bought it at Esposito's on ninth avenue between 38th and 39th. I tried some of the other sausages there too, but this was by far the best they had to offer and, no exagerration intended, the best sausage I have ever had! It had huge chunks of wonderful provolone in it - they claimed "family recipe" when I asked how they got it to taste so good - whatever.
I was hoping to kindle a discussion on other manhattan "hot spots" for sausage. Maybe I'm the last to know about this great sausage and if so then someone else will point me to the best brocolli rabe sausage!
