I may lose what little Chowhound credibility I have, but I really dig Saucy Porka.
Actually "double-dipped" and ate at this place twice in one day.
Breakfast: Chorizo Egg Banh Mi. Bread was a little off (a bit dense and chewy), but who doesn't like spicy sausages and egg and crunchy pickled slaw? And strong Viet coffee to wash it down with.
Lunch: Pork Ramen Phở (can't even fucking believe I just typed those words but whatever) and a side of their Carnitas Bacos. The ramen (or is it phở?) didn't taste like either, but it was warm, salty, savory and hearty going down. And a perfect compliment to my carnitas baos.
