I have a left over olive loaf in my freezer that I'd love to make lunch sandwiches with (I originally bought it to go with a soup for my parents, but that never got made...)
The problem is, I have no idea what would go GOOD with Olive Loaf. I love Olive Loaf, but mainly use it again, to dip in soups... So I need some inspiration!
Its made with Kalamata Olives if that makes any difference and the loaf is the crusty kind! :)
