I love Chinese food!
But part of the reason why it's so good is all the fat and salt. While I don't have a problem with fat, not greasiness, most restaurant/takeout dishes are really loaded with salt. Tried Yueh Tung a while back finally but paid for it by feeling thirsty for the rest of that evening.
Where do you go for fresh and flavourful low-sodium/MSG Chinese?
