4 of us had dinner at Sage on Friday night. We're all ggod cooks but were very impressed by the cooking. Gnocchi and tuna tartare as appetizers..duck, scallops and halibut for entrees. All great. None or us could cook it at home..which is the ultimate compliment.
As a PS...We had a small hitch when we arrived at the restaurant..I sent an email to the owner; and he responded, to my complete satisfaction.
Mistakes happen, and how a business handles them is a good indicator as to how they treat their cusomers.
