In a moment of temporary insanity, I signed up for a bootcamp class that runs three days a week from 6:00 am to 7:00 am. I'm not exactly Miss Fitness. After I work out, I'll need to shower, blow-dry my hair, get dressed and drive to work. I'm guessing that will all take about forty-five or fifty minutes, leaving me with ten to fifteen minutes upon arrival at work to consume breakfast. I have NO idea what I'll do for breakfast. At work, I'll have access to a fridge, microwave and toaster. I could, theoretically, put things in the fridge the afternoon or evening before (I live fifty metres from work), but only on two of the three days.
So far, all I can think is packing an English muffin and spreading it with peanut butter or almond butter when I get to work. However, I'll get bored with that really quickly. Do you have any other ideas?
PS - I don't eat meat. But I do eat scrambled eggs, if there's some magical way to do scrambled eggs.
