Don't care much about David Ruggerio, but this is notable only because the NYT's William Grimes a year ago gave it one of nastiest reviews I can remember. To wit:
"Perhaps the oddest dish I tasted was one of the desserts, called peach and Champagne "Jello." In the center of the plate was a scoop of peach sorbet, surrounded by a ring of gelatin, which tasted like a glass of Champagne that you've discovered sitting in a corner three days after the party. It was like eating Tylenol."
