Hi there!

I am having a dinner party in a few weeks and am planning to make beef rouladen (we are having an Oktoberfest theme) and I am wondering about how far I can go in preparing it. I am wondering about getting to fully-assmebled and then putting it into the fridge and browning and cooking once guests are there. Or...ideally, can I brown it, make the sauce etc....and get everything up to the point of baking it in the oven the morning before the party?
