Anyone know of a place this side of New York to get old-fashioned rolled beef? I'm talking about the Jewish deli meat that's kind of like a dry-cured rolled pastrami - absolutely delicious stuff, guaranted to alleviate your cholesterol deficiencies!
The last place I knew of in Boston that carried it was the B&D Deli in Brookline, but they dropped it a few years back. Sigh...
At least they still carry belly lox, when all the other so-called "Jewish" delis in the area have given it up in favor of that useless, boring nova.
