Roll-n-Roaster going downhill?

I've been eating at Roll-n-Roaster in Sheepshead Bay for over 25 years, and have never had a complaint until now:

The last TWO times I've been there (including yesterday), the meat in the roast beef sandwich was tough and had large streaks of inedible fat and gristle in it. The first time it happened I ignored it and figured it was a freak occurence, but then yesterday I drove all the way there from Queens to get a roast beef fix and it happened again.

Anyone else having problems there? Regardless, they have no incentive to fix anything because they do an incredible business there. Sunday at 3:00 pm, the parking lot was full and they had THREE registers going non-stop with lines practically out the door and almost every table full. What a goldmine that place is.
