New Rodizio in Danbury, Ct...Yum Yum!

I went to a new Rodizio Brazilan Barbeque in Danbury on Main st a couple of weeks ago. There name is Cassa Nova they opened in late October. I have been looking for one of these types of restuarants for a while and was treated to Casa Nova on my birthday. From the outside it looks a little seedy , but opon entering it looked recently updated. It has a bar in the front and the restuarant in the rear. Being able to speak brazillian here will help you greatly as we did have a little language barrier in ordering. I ordered the Rodzio which included the salad bar, bean soup, fried bannaas and some kind of potato thing that I could not pronounce, rice and spinach salad. The rotissories style meats were prsented on a cart to me by the chef with a incredible amount of 12 different kinds of meat. Everything from filet mignon, turkey wrapped in bacon, ribs, chicken, flank steak wrapped in vegetables and so on. What a meal and what a bargain as well. I highly recommend Casa Nova if you looking for something really different...Casa Nova Churrascaria
