I had the best roast goose in my life during my visit to Hong Kong. While in Hong Kong, I found that the best ones are not in the city, but in regions farther out, like Shatin, or Tsuen Wan. In the city, in Wanchai, the roast goose was about as good as what I had here last week in Chinatown, at Asia Grill on Bayard where Elizabeth street ends.
The goose wasn't as meaty as those in the suburbs of Hong Kong, but there were some decent pieces around the thigh.
As far as I know, not all places in Chinatown has roast goose. So, if you have a craving, head over to Asia Grill.
