I never made t to Riley's but heard awful reports. I liked Chef Toby's work at Cero so Bova has some potential

BOVA Prime - a new upscale Italian Steakhouse – is slated to open in downtown Ft. Lauderdale in November, in the location now occupied by Riley McDermott’s on 401 East Las Olas Blvd. Corporate Chef Toby Joseph, previously the Executive Chef of the St. Regis Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, will lead the kitchen. “We’re excited to add BOVA Prime to our growing array of successful dining and entertainment establishments in South Florida,” said entrepreneur Scott W. Rothstein, the Chairman of BOVA Restaurant Group who recently joined forces with restaurateurs Tony and Laurie Bova. “Chef Joseph’s creativity and passion are sure to take his guests on a culinary adventure,” he added. The BOVA Restaurant Group, owned by Tony & Laurie Bova and Scott W. Rothstein, owns and operates BOVA Ristorante, Marios of Boca in Boca Raton, and now BOVA Prime, the first of three new high-end restaurant concepts and clubs slated to open in South Florida over the next 24 months. 401 East Las Olas Blvd, Ft. Lauderdale.
