Ribs in Montgomery County

A few weeks ago I went looking for Zeke's BBQ for some ribs. Not being familiar with the area, I got lost and never did find the place.

In the interim, I found this page and read about a place closer to me, the Rib House in Bridgeport, and went there to try their ribs.

I went there with 2 friends, and we decided to order several different things from the menu to sample. The first to hit the table were the onion rings. Friends, let me tell you, they alone were worth the trip. They were not the least bit greasy, the breading wasn't all falling off (as it does at many other places) and the onions themselves were sweet and delectable. My friends and I couldn't eat them fast enough. We almost asked for another order, but we knew there was more food coming and we had to save room.

We got a hamburger and split it up 3-ways. It was a little more well-done than we all liked, but the flavor was definitely there. It had been cooked on the grill and had a lovely smokey taste.

Now the ribs: There were baby back and spare ribs on the menu, and we went with the spare ribs. They arrived juicy and succulent in a delicious sauce. They were quite EXCELLENT.

All in all, we enjoyed everything we ate, and all 3 of us rolled out of there groaning about how full we were. I would definitely go back again, especially for the onion rings, and I do not hesitate to recommend this place to everyone!! Try it.
